The dialogue I had longed for became the work I do.
I came to this work through a quiet insistence — that the conversations we have shape the lives we build, the families we raise, and the organizations we lead. For years, I watched brilliant people exhaust themselves inside extractive communication patterns, mistaking tension for productivity and silence for peace.
So I began studying dialogue as a living system. I researched, facilitated dialogues, listened, practiced, and finally wrote Nourishing Dialogues: Legacy in Your Voice — a framework for the science of conversations that restore lineages, lead teams, and transform culture.
Today, through The Strategic Heart Enterprises, I help leaders, founders, and teams move from extractive communication to regenerative culture — without sacrificing their humanity.
